Members of the public are encouraged to attend an upcoming Port of San Diego workshop to discuss its Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
The CIP is a program that includes projects that enhance maritime terminal operations.
The public outreach meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Training Room of the Port’s Administration Building, 3165 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA. The meeting will focus on the CIP process proposed for fiscal years 2014-2018.
Projects within that five-year time period are set to be reviewed by the Board of Port Commissioners at a workshop/special meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 7.
The meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The Board will review the proposed projects and discuss funding options.
