House Deputy Speaker and District I 1 Representative Beng Climaco has sought the assistance of Transportation and Communications Secretary Mar Roxas for immediate repair of the damage at the port’s area, reports zamboangatoday.ph.
She believes that Zambo Port needs dredging.
Zambo Port dredging depends on the budget which must be approved by the Department of Transportation and Communication.
Representative Beng Climaco hoped that budget allocation for the dredging of the port area will be immediately approved.
Zambo Port dredging would greatly contribute to the economic development of the port.
