According to anhuinews.com, a tentative blueprint for the first container port along the Huaihe River has won the approval of experts.
The Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission informs that this new port should be placed in Bengbu of Anhui province and will cost an estimated $44 million.
Cnanhui.org reports that with the new Huaihe River port logistic costs will be brought down remarkably.
