Today, the LNP Government will take the first steps to allow the Trinity Inlet dredging.
“The Ports North would lodge an Initial Advice Statement with the Queensland Co-ordinator General for dredging of the inlet to be declared a significant project,” said Cairns MP Gavin King.
According to cairns.com, that would enable the approvals process for dredging to start.
