Conseil Seeks Contractor for Guillaume Dredging Project

Conseil général du Calvados has invited bidders for the Port Guillaume dredging contract.

This deepening project aims to maintain the adequate depths and prevent silt build-up in the Port Guillaume harbor in the town of Dives-sur-Mer.

This contract is for the annual program of dredging works and will include dredging of the harbour basin, dredging on the connecting channel and basin.

The material which will be dredged during this project should be deposited in a designated area outside of the harbour.

Around 100,000 m3 of silt will be removed from the mentioned areas.

The tender deadline is October 17, 2013.
