USACE assigns maintenance dredging work on Grand Haven harbor-Inner, to Bayshore Contractors, LLC.
This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Statutory Authority.
The modification provides the removal and stockpiling of approximately 23,000 cubic yards of dredged material from the north placement cell at Grand Haven Inner Harbor.
