The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte. Ltd. to conduct the AMSS 2010 for shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/operation managers) from 20 Oct 2010 to 10 Dec 2010.
The feedback received will assist in enhancing the services provided to ships and identify areas where these services could be further improved.
