The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, visited the Port of Halifax recently for a briefing on current Gateway project infrastructure enhancements as well as a tour of port facilities.
The Halifax Port Authority partnered with the federal government to invest $130 million in the upgrades ongoing at the South End Container Terminal and Richmond Terminals.
