According to the Port Authority of Guam, the modernization efforts are definitely underway at the Port.
“ We are going to embark on the repairs of the F5 Wharf, the service life extension maintenance and repairs that’s ongoing and we got all the PUC deliverables and so the port is going to be very busy next year when we start breaking ground and getting projects going,” said General manager Mary Torres .
She added that there will be no disruptions to services of cargo being loaded or unloaded during the modernization period.
