On October 16, CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section I of Phase 1 of the dredging project in Dongtan, Nanhui, Shanghai, with a contract value of 790 million yuan and a construction period of 600 days.
Located in Pudong New Area, the project involves the northern levee, the eastern dredging levee, tidal inlet, 1＃ and 2＃ separation levees, safety pier works, safety monitoring of all levee sections, etc.
The project will play a positive role in building Pudong New Area into a globally competitive new marine economic zone.
