HaloSource, Enviroclin Bio Solutions Sign Important Agreement (USA)

HaloSource, the clean water technology company, has signed a supply agreement with Enviroclin Bio Solutions, a leading water solutions provider in Malaysia, to market and sell its unique HaloKlear(R) dry blend concentrates for water remediation application in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei.

HaloSource has granted Enviroclin Bio Solutions the exclusive right to offer its class leading technology for resale, distribution and application in construction, dredging, oil and gas, industrial, mining, erosion control prevention and most significantly municipal water treatment systems which represents a first for HaloKlear products. Continued exclusivity will be subject to Enviroclin achieving minimum ordering quantities representing approximately US$300,000 in revenue for HaloSource.

Martin Coles, CEO of HaloSource commented, “This agreement continues to build into our strategy of expanding the application of our unique technologies globally through engagement with strategic partners. We are excited at this development with another major partner in South East Asia particularly as this now takes our unique HaloKlear biopolymer and hybrid technology into municipal water pre-treatment application, a new and rapidly growing segment of the environmental water space.

HaloKlear biopolymers and hybrids will be used to remove sediment in surface water intended for municipal use (such as rivers) as an important initial step in the overall treatment process where unique HaloKlear technology will provide significant reductions in suspended particulates with a high level of clean water return. The dry concentrate versions of the proven HaloKlear technologies are extremely efficient and offer significant cost savings for customers when total cost of ownership (TCO) of biopolymer/hybrid technology is considered.

James Khaw, Enviroclin’s Sales & Marketing Director commented, “We had been looking for a fast settling, green alternative to the synthetic product a large industrial client of ours was using, but could not find a solution. After an extensive search of products available, we discovered that the HaloKlear dry concentrate in combination with a commodity coagulant delivered the desired results at a price point that would reduce their total cost of operation. We are now getting the certifications necessary for drinking water usage. We think this is just the tip of the iceberg.
