Hock Seng Lee (HSL) Bhd would be able to get ports dredging works, waste water management, flood mitigation, rural road works and other infrastructure projects on the back of the execution of the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), said Kenanga Research.

“Over the years, HSL has transformed vast acres of uninhabitable swamp land into modern housing and industrial estates, tourist resorts, commercial centres, international seaports and highways, ” it said in a research note.

According to btimes.com, for the last three years, the company’s bottom line has grown by a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27.8 per cent and it has managed to maintain its net margin at 15 per cent by undertaking profitable construction projects.

HSL’s dredging activities both maintain sea depth at required locations and provide a source of sand fill to complement its land reclamation activities.

HSL owns a comprehensive portfolio of marine equipment from hydraulic cutter suction dredgers, to bucket crane dredgers, a fleet of barges and tug boats etc. It also has the skilled personnel to captain and operate this specialized equipment.
