The Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is interested in awarding one Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 14 for approximately 310,000 CY of sand to be pumped from an offshore borrow area for the Bethany Beach replenishment project.

The source of sand is the Fenwick Island Borrow Source located 3 miles off of Fenwick Island. There will be options for additional sand.

Contract duration is sixty (60) calendar days and estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required for 100% of contract award.

NAICS for this project is 237990 and the size standard is $20 million.
