Haitangwan BT Project Awarded (China)

On April 17, the consortium of CCCC Investment Co., Ltd. and CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won Haitangwan BT project in Sanya City, Hainan Province, with a contract value of some 1 billion yuan and a construction period of 2 years.

Located at east Sanya’s Haitangwan National Coastal Tourism Development Zone, the project involves dredging, excavation and revetment construction of a main river and three branch rivers, as well as construction of two pumps and sluices. The main river has a length of 11.86 kilometers and a navigation width of 60 meters; the three branch rivers have a total length of 7.99 kilometers and a navigation width of 30 meters.

Covering fields such as investment, property, construction and design, the project shows the advantage of CCCC’s whole industry chain. After completion, the project will substantially improve Haitangwan’s regional environment and investment environment and play a positive role in promoting the economic and social development of the area.
