Kystverket Nordland has invited bidders to submit their offers for the Karmsundet dredging contract.
This development project consists of deepening of 4 shallow areas in Karmsundet by removing a total of 102 405 m³ rock to the depths partially -10.3 and partially -12.3.
The blasted stone shall be transported to Killingøy for the establishment of a new land area in the sea.
This project also consists of casting 4 concrete foundations underwater for the assembly of new sailing markers.
The project period is 12 months from the date of contract award, and the deadline for this tender is June 18, 2013.
