USA: Corps Seeks Comments on Fargo-Moorhead Flood Risk Management Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, posted a copy of its Supplemental Draft Environmental Assessment, or EA, on the Internet today for the proposed Fargo, N.D.-Moorhead, Minn., Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management project.

A public review and comment period on the Supplemental Draft EA will begin June 14, 2013, and end July 15, 2013.

The Supplemental EA focused on the changes to the project since the completion of the Environmental Impact Statement dated July 2011.

All comments received will be made available to the public to include the possibility of being posting on a publicly accessible website.

Individuals are requested not to include personal privacy information, such as home addresses or home phone numbers, in their comments, unless they do not object to such information being made available to the public.
