Philippines: Lake Bato Project Includes Dredging
Bato Mayor Jeanette R. Bernaldez on Wednesday announced that hundreds of millions pesos have been spent to conserve Lake Bato, the seventh largest lake in the country.
All the projects secured for Lake Bato conservation were solicited from the provincial government and the office of Camarines Sur Fifth District Rep. Salvio Fortuno, said Bernaldez.
The development projects included lake dredging as well as an ongoing flood control structure project.
