USA: Ponce De Leon Inlet Dredging Progresses Well

The Ponce De Leon Inlet dredging scheme is currently underway.

Mariners are notified to use caution when navigating Ponce De Leon Inlet from the Intracoastal Waterway along the Halifax River to the Atlantic Ocean and from the Intracoastal Waterway along the Indian River to the Atlantic Ocean.

The 150-ft long hopper dredger “MURDEN” will be used to complete this dredging program.

The cleanup project will last approximately 46 days.
