Mobile Dredging & Pumping Gets St. Georges Thorofare Dredging Contract

The New Jersey Department of Transportation hired Mobile Dredging & Pumping Co. for dredging operations in the St. Georges Thorofare in Brigantine.

According to BrigantineNOW, the project is expected to start after Labor Day and it will include the removal of approximately 40,500 cubic yards of sediment, which will be used for beach replenishment.

The project has a value of $603,000 and it is state funded.
