CEDA’s flagship conference and exhibition once again will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in conjunction with the Europort 2015 maritime trade show.
Scheduled for 5-6 November 2015 the conference will focus on modern day dredging and marine construction in and around ports. Topics will include:
– Port expansion challenges and solutions;
– Dealing with the mismatch between sediment supply (in dredged areas) and demand (e.g. for beach nourishment);
– Adaptive management strategies;
– Maintenance dredging: novel techniques and solutions for minimizing the need.
The Call for Papers will be issued during the next month.
