Ocean City Beach Replenishment Project Out to Bid

Ocean City Beach Replenishment Project Out to Bid

Long awaited beach replenishment project for the south end of Ocean City is currently out to bid by the US Army Corps of Engineers, announced on Friday Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian.

We received great news this week that Ocean City beach replenishment project is out for bid. We also received notice that the city is ranked second in the Country in projected median income growth for the years 2013 through 2017 according to a recent report written for the US Conferences of Mayor’s,” said Mayor Jay Gillian.

This information is great for our community, our local businesses, our residents and our investors.  In the report, Ocean City is ranked well above the median and other South Jersey areas.  We feel the positive findings in this report will reinforce our efforts to attract families to Ocean City and attract small business to relocate and invest in Ocean City,” added Gillian.
