At least ten yachts moored outside Medway Yacht Club were struck and badly damaged yesterday by what is believed to be a dredger in the fog. 

 

Officials to Sign Savannah Harbor Deepening PPA

Deepening the Savannah harbor is one step closer, with officials from the Corps of Engineers and the State of Georgia contract signing of a Project Partnership Agreement scheduled for Oct. 8. 

 

Another Damen Dredger for Nigerian Customer

A Nigerian customer has added his 9th Damen dredger to its fleet. The CSD500 type cutter suction dredger was chosen due to the excellent availability of Damen Field Service in Nigeria.

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC, and Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. (ESG) have started construction of a new Trailing Suction Hopper Dredge ATB.
