VIDEO: Waterking 250 NG at Work

Waterking, a market leader in Western Europe in the production of amphibious excavators and accessories, has released a video about WK 250 NG with Caterpillar 324D upper structure and Damen dredging pump.

The video has been made in the Netherlands as all the machines are fully tested in the field before they are delivered to their new owners worldwide. A company in Lithuania bought the amphibious excavator for a variety of jobs.

The WK 250 NG will be mainly used for dredging, maintenance, wetland restoration, laying of gas/oil pipelines and deltaworks.

Waterking made some adjustments to the traditional machine to make it more suitable for the job. The machine has an extra large fuel tank and the position of the counterweight has been changed to increase the excavators stability with heavy loads. The mounted dredging pump from Damen belongs to the top segment of the market.

All the Waterking amphibious excavators are floatable without additional side-pontoons. The additional side pontoons and spud poles create a better stability when performing dredging works.
