One of Royal HaskoningDHV’s leading experts on ports and dredging will speak at this week’s conference, ‘Port Strategy: Maximising Your Port’s Potential Through Infrastructure Solutions’.

The event will explore how to upgrade existing port infrastructure and deliver new developments to maximize a port’s potential.

Royal HaskoningDHV’s international environmental consultant Dr Elizabeth Jolley will talk on the topic ‘ habitat banking as a tool for underpinning future port development ’ at the event on Wednesday 25 February 2015.

Dr Jolley is an experienced environmental consultant with more than eleven years’ experience of coastal and marine environments, working in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Others members of Royal HaskoningDHV’s Environmental Impact Consenting and Maritime and Waterways teams will also be in attendance.

Delegates at this week’s conference will also be able to consider the optimum strategy for a port, discuss the benefits of having a port master plan in place and assess the importance of port economic forecasting on development.

The conference takes place at Bircham Dyson Bell, London.
