Jan De Nul Group has placed an order for a large self-propelled cutter suction dredger JDN8069 with the Croatian shipyard Uljanik Brodogradiliste.

Boskalis, Van Oord Sign Rio de Janeiro Dredging Contract 

Edinho Araujo, head of the Special Ports Ministry in Brazil, has signed a $70.54 million contract with Boskalis and Van Oord to deepen the navigation channels to the port of Rio de Janeiro, according to the Journal of Commerce.

GLDD to Use Fleet of Dredges for SHEP
