Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. has announced the nomination of Ms. Ilona Haaijer as member of the Supervisory Board.
The nomination of Ms. Haaijer follows a decision by the Supervisory Board to increase the number of its members from six to seven.
Therefore a vacancy in the Supervisory Board needs to be fulfilled.
Ms. Haaijer has formerly occupied the positions of Non-Executive Director and Board Member of RPC Group Ltd, President of DSM Personal Care and CEO of Philips AVENT.
The nomination for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years will be proposed to the shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 10 November 2016.
