CEDA Dredging Days Event to Take Place in Rotterdam

The Central Dredging Association (CEDA) Dredging Days 2017 will take place on 9-10 November in Ahoy, a convention center and arena located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

This conference is CEDA’s trademark event and it is the primary international dredging conference in the CEDA region since many years.

“It is widely considered as an invaluable forum for leading researchers and industry experts to discuss and share dredging challenges, solutions and experiences,” CEDA said in its announcement.

CEDA Dredging Days 2017 will focus broadly on:

• Project initiation, planning and design;
• Environmental and social assessment and management: Predictions, modelling and monitoring;
• Sustainable working method and equipment;
• Sediment management;
• Inland dredging.

This event will focus on novel solutions and approaches leading to and/or demonstrating dredging projects that fulfil their primary functional requirement, while adding value to nature, economy and society both in marine and freshwater environments.
