Beneficial Use Opportunities Along the Great Lakes (VIDEO)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, last Friday unveiled a video on the partnering that drives beneficial use opportunities along the Great Lakes.

In the video, Brigadier General Mark Toy, Commander of the Army Corps Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, explains the innovative partnering efforts occurring across the Great Lakes Navigation System to find sustainable solutions for dredged material management.

The Corps of Engineers believes public safety and environmental stewardship are of the greatest importance, and shares in the public’s concern for the well-being of the Great Lakes.
