Jan De Nul Group has revealed its commitment to reduce CO₂ emissions by 15% a year during maintenance dredging works at the Nieuwpoort coastal marina.

 

Nags Head Beach Nourishment Continues

Due to a leak in the submerged pipe through which sand is pumped from offshore onto the beach, nourishment operations south of Outer Banks Pier, near Mile Posts 18.5-19, have stopped, reports the Town of Nags Head, NC.

National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC), in cooperation with Royal IHC, reached another milestone today with the keel laying ceremony of Ghasha, the second custom-build trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD), with a capacity of 8000m³.
