The meeting is part of an effort by USACE to evaluate the agency’s San Francisco Bay navigation program in order to best position the program for success over the next several decades.

It will take place from 6-8 p.m., at the Pinole Library located at 2935 Pinole Valley Rd, Pinole, California.

On July 19, 2019, the Corps held a public meeting to discuss a Regional Dredge Material Management Plan for the Bay in which many people expressed concern about studies being conducted by USACE related to the San Francisco Bay to Stockton Navigation Improvement Project.

The meeting scheduled for November 13 is an opportunity for the public to provide further input about those studies and their navigation program in general, said USACE.
