The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) has just announced that the 59th International Seminar on Dredging and Reclamation is now underway in Mumbai, India.
The seminar, taking place from November 26 – 28 at the Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC, will bring together decision makers and their advisers in governments, port and harbor authorities, offshore companies, dredging contractors and other organisations that have to execute dredging projects.
According to IADC, during this special 3-day crash course participants will learn all the basics of dredging.
Some of the subjects that will be covered during the seminar includes an overview of the dredging market, the development of new ports and maintenance of existing ports, types of dredging equipment, site and soil investigations, costing of projects and types of contracts.
