The simulator has a Unity 3D coupling to show a 3D view of the dredger. With the help of this simulator, the company is developing motion compensation for the drag head.
In cooperation with MSA Service, this simulator coupled with their dredging control hardware delivered a fully function hardware-in-the-loop simulator.
The HIL simulator allows tests of new dredging technology without using a real ship.
