The Mordialloc Boat Ramp upgrade in Mordialloc, Victoria , is now complete and the installation of the new pontoons took place yesterday.

“In addition to the dredging works, Australasian Marine Associates (AMA) was able to assist our client DELWP with the removal of rock from the edges of the dredge footprint by deploying a commercial dive team and using a tracked excavator,” said Dr. Adam Cohen , AMA Managing Director.

“We worked with the site superintendent to deliver these works within the required timeframe to ensure the boat ramp was open to recreational users this week.”

A series of projects will also be undertaken at Mordialloc to improve boating.

The upgrades – set to start during the off-peak boating season in 2022 – will be delivered by the City of Kingston.
