AD Ports Group has signed an agreement with the National Marine Dredging Company Group (NMDC Group) to establish a new joint venture.

According to their official statement, the new JV will be dedicated to delivering offshore surveys and subsea services in the UAE, across the GCC region, as well as in select international markets.

“In addition to offering clients a range of trenching, dredging support, and offshore survey capabilities, the new joint venture, SAFEEN Surveys and Subsea Services, will also offer a robust portfolio of integrated subsea services comprising commercial diving services, remotely operated vehicles, and unmanned inspection vessels,” said AD Ports.

As part of its offering, the new joint venture will also offer cost-effective, customisable, and innovative solutions catering to the unique needs of offshore operations related to the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
