Van Oord’s Clay Ripener plays a big role in the Brede Groene Dijk project of EcoShape.

The Clay Ripener makes it possible to place the clay on the 750-meter dike, said Van Oord.
The purpose of the seawall is to reduce the impact of powerful waves, which is important for safety when storms are on their way.
According to Van Oord, the seawalls will be tested in the upcoming months.
EcoShape is the foundation is responsible for the public-private ‘???????? ???? ??????’ innovation programme.
Within EcoShape, Van Oord has joined forces with contractors, engineering companies, research institutions, public authorities, and NGOs to develop and disseminate knowledge about Building with Nature.
