National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) has contributed to the development of the Abu Dhabi Corniche Beach in the UAE.

Their work included extending the Corniche to Airport Road, dredging and shaping sand to form new beaches, and protecting the beach by floating barriers and marker buoys.

Approximately 3.5 million m³ of material were dredged and used for the reclamation of the new beach.
