The agreement has a validity of four years with the option to be extended after this period.

ORCA Crew Services is an international personnel supplier for the maritime industry with own offices and payroll facilities in the Netherlands, Lithuania, Romania and Croatia.

Rob Vermeulen , Director at ORCA, said: “We are extremely proud and thankful to Van Oord for the trust in ORCA with awarding the payroll agreement for their Croatian employees”.

Van Oord and ORCA are already having existing framework agreements in place for the supply of rigging crew for the offshore wind division and dredging personnel.
