Despite the sub-zero winter temperatures, the Yacht Club Podersdorf in Austria has begun its suction dredging operations with the Watermaster eco-dredger.

“ Regardless of difficult conditions and sub-zero temperatures, the dredging work in the club is progressing well ,” the yacht club announced last week. They also added that the water level of Lake Neusiedl is also slowly recovering, currently 115.26 cm in Podersdorf.

Over the next few weeks, the Watermaster amphibious Classic V dredger will clean individual docks for the ships and sailing boats as well as entrance to the marina from sediments.

This will ensure cleaner and more navigable waterways for the upcoming sailing season.
