Dredge Yard, a provider of dredging and mining equipment, has delivered a cutter suction dredger (CSD) 250 and a Booster Station BS250 to Slovakia.

According to the company, these advanced dredging solutions will be deployed for crucial dredging operations on the Danube River.

The CSD250 is a compact, dismountable cutter suction dredger designed for maximum efficiency and ease of transport.

“ It features self-propelled hydraulic propulsion, ensuring easy movement and positioning in the dredging area. The spud system provides stability during dredging operations ,” said Dredge Yard.

“Also, the cutter head with replaceable teeth facilitates easy maintenance and sustained cutting performance. The hydraulic driven dredge pump offers powerful suction and discharge capabilities, and a maintenance crane allows for on-site maintenance, reducing downtime.”

Accompanying CSD250 is BS250, a floating booster station engineered to enhance dredging operations up to discharge length of 2500m.

The BS250 includes remote control operation, allowing for efficient and safe management from a distance.

Both the cutter suction dredger and the booster station are powered by a diesel engines compliant with Stage V emission standards.
