The 2024 Great Lakes Inspection Tour begins

The 2024 Great Lakes Inspection Tour (GLINT) kicked off this week with a Lake Superior boat tour in Duluth, Minnesota.

The three-day event brings the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division staff together with subordinate units US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, to engage with stakeholders about sustainable management of the Great Lakes.

GLINT focuses on:

The Duluth Field Office, the northwestern edge of the Detroit District, is hosting the event this year at its offices and Maritime Visitors Center – where more than 500,000 people stop in each year.
