According to the announcement, construction works continue at the seawall with large armor rock being placed on the southern wall.

“ We are working closely with contractors, Teagle Excavations and Clarke Bros, to ensure construction works continue to move at a steady rate, while still meeting engineering requirements ,” said the council.

The carting and placing of armor rock will continue for another four weeks prior to a short break over the Christmas and New Year period.
