At the request of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosmorport, a major overhaul of the hydraulic part of the structure built in 1957 was undertaken.

After the repair, the design and dimensions of the only RO-RO berth in the harbor have not changed. Its length is 174 meters, width is 15.85 meters, the depth of the facility is 5.8 meters, and the navigational depth is 5.3 meters.

Also, Rosmorport wrapped up its seasonal dredging project in the Port’s basin recently.

A total of 230,000 cubic meters of material was removed during the work.

According to Rosmorport, these dredging operations will allow vessels with a deadweight of up to 5,000 tons to enter the Port fully loaded.
