Hernando Dredging Lawsuit: Settlement Reached (USA)
The settlement between Hernando County commissioners and Orion Dredging Services LLC, over Hernando Beach Channel dredging project, has finally been reached, according to baynews9.com.
Orion Dredging sued the county two years ago, saying that a “defective project design” by Halcrow Inc., was the main reason Orion was unable to complete the dredging job, reports tampabay.com.
At this point, the county commissioners are not revealing the details of the agreement.
