Corps to Award IDIQ Contract for New Bedford Dredging (USA)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, intends to award a sole source IDIQ contract valued at $45 mln to Jacobs Field Services North America Inc. to complete one additional dredging season at the New Bedford Harbor Superfund Site.

The intent of this contract is to continue dredging while a new contract vehicle is put in place and allow overlap between the incumbent (Jacobs Field Services America) and the new RAC Contractor.

The RAC will be valued at $350 mln over a ten year period.
