The Executive Board of Van Oord has appointed two new Area Directors.
Ronald Schinagl, the present Area Director America & Africa, will be the new Area Director Netherlands from 1 September. He succeeds Jan Schaart who will be retiring at the end of 2016.
Mark Roelofs, the present Area Manager North & Central America, has been appointed Area Director America & Africa from 1 September.
The Management Committee consist of the Executive Board and the Area and Staff Directors.
The purpose of the Management Committee is to support decision-making within the Executive Board with regard to strategic issues.
