The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida, said in its latest project update that the dredging works are back on track at the city marina, with about 15% left until completion.

The amount of dredging has doubled since the start of the project, and the process had to change due to the amount of debris found in the dredge material.

An alternate spoil site was also required, the city said in its announcement.

Once complete, installation will begin on the southern attenuator and the reconfiguration of the southern basin docks.
