“We have the north and south walls completed and the west wall in the south basin will begin on Monday,” said the County.

The channel and the north basin are dredged to final depths and all of the old piling have been removed or cut off below grade.

The south basin is still full but work will continue full steam ahead next week. Nasi’s crew is assembling the bin wall for the new west boat launch. The bridge deck is poured and the forms should come off next week,” according to the update.

The next contracts for the rest of the marina and the campground are awaiting final FEMA approvals and should bid very soon.
