After almost 10 days of work, the crews have placed around 30,000 cubic yards of sand south of the San Clemente Pier.

During the current phase of the project, sand placement will occur seven days a week through the end of May.

At this pace, approximately half of the total sand quantity in this placement cycle will be delivered this spring, with the project resuming in the fall of 2024 to place the remaining quantity of sand.

A combined total of 251,000 cubic yards of sand is scheduled to be placed between Linda Lane and T-Street beaches.
