USA: Fort Moultrie Dock Dredging Starts

The dredging program has officially commenced Wednesday at the Fort Moultrie Dock, reports abcnews4.com.

This project includes removing of approximately 17,000 cubic yards of material from the mentioned area.

Rick Dorrance, chief of resource management for Fort Sumter, stated: “So we were able to leverage our very small project with other Corps of Engineers bigger projects to keep our park service costs down for this.

The Fort Moultrie Dock dredging project should last about one month, according to abcnews4.com.
