This project was elaborated responding to a request from ANP (National Port Authority) and Soletanche Bachy – Saceem – Dredging International consortium. The aim of the study was to analyze the access manoeuvres of two design vessels (container and bulkcarrier) to the berth under construction. The operation conditions and the safety levels of the project were analyzed, related to the dimensions of the navigation channel and turning area.
